In spring 2026, we will open our brand new store in Mora-Noret – a strategically important investment where we are building a modern and inspiring destination for plants, flowers, and garden products. We are now looking for several driven and plant-interested salespeople with gardening education who want to be part of the start and build up Blomsterlandet in Mora. You are a person who is driven by meeting customers and working with sales and have a strong interest in plants that you are eager to share. Does this sound interesting? With personal responsibility and initiative, you will work in all departments and also at the checkout with a focus on your business drive and developing the entire store. In the role of salesperson, you will be the face of Blomsterlandet and be passionate about taking care of our customers in the best way and providing them with advice and inspiration for their needs.

We want you to: Love customer interaction, be positive, easily collaborate with others, be self-driven, and have a pronounced sense of service. You also need to be stress-resistant, organized, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

Experience requirements: To succeed in the role of salesperson for indoor plants, seasonal plants, and garden plants, it is valued that you have knowledge equivalent to a gardener, other plant education, interest in plants, and experience in selling plants.

Job responsibilities:

• The tasks will include sales planning and some ordering

• Receiving goods

• Product display

• Stocking products

• Plant care

• Customer service and other store tasks

• For the position, you will also need to be able to work weekends and evenings.
